How you can help us:

Our goal is to create a flexible and equal Trust structure strengthened by fully engaged individuals who are renowned for their expertise in equality and diversity, operational and organisational issues. We also plan to draw from the experience of a wide range of experts, including ex-offenders, which will ensure the effectiveness of the Trust. In doing this we wish to be an exemplar organisation which celebrates its successes whilst learning from others.

We have much to do to establish ourselves as a leading advocate, creating the right governance structures, finance, human resources, and other support systems whilst improving our communication and accountability.

If you would like to contribute to the Zahid Mubarek Trust by giving us some of your time, skills or resources, do get in contact. Just some of the services we are currently considering are:

Volunteering
As a ZMT volunteer we can offer candidates experience in a range of areas from general office management to supporting offenders or prison law.
Funding
Your financial support to the ZMT will help us achieve our long-term goals and provide us with the resources we need to get there. Your help will allow us to keep up the pressure in order to improve our society.
Advisory Panel membership
Being an Advisor to the ZMT means you can help us ensure that the basic human rights of offenders are monitored within the prison system. You can also help us to ensure that improvements are made within the criminal justice system.
Corporate involvement
By visibly demonstrating your commitment to social responsibility, you can benefit your business, your consumers and our work
