We run a helpline for prisoners and families of prisoners in Feltham Young Offenders Institution.

The helpline is for any prisoner experiencing unfair treatment, racism, religious intolerance or discrimination. We can also support families who have concerns about a prisoner’s welfare.

We are able to take an independent look at the way complaints of racism or discrimination are investigated by the prison.

Our service is confidential – we won’t share any caller’s details, unless we have their express permission. We’re happy to provide copies of our Confidentiality Policy on request.
